Good Afternoon Warrior Families!

Happy Mother's Day to all of our Warrior mothers!

Here are a few announcements for the upcoming week:

This week begins our End-of-Grade (EOG) testing. Students with accommodations will begin testing on Monday, May 11. All students in grades 3-8 will take the Reading EOG on Tuesday, May 12, and the Math EOG on Wednesday, May 13. On Thursday, May 14, our 5th and 8th grade students will take the Science EOG.

We know our students are ready to show all they have learned this year! They have worked very hard, and I am incredibly proud of them. We will be serving a light breakfast treat each morning of testing. Please help us by ensuring students get a good night's sleep each night before testing.

Also, on Tuesday, May 12 at 5:30 PM, NDS will hold an informational meeting for all incoming kindergarten students. If you have a child entering kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year, or know someone who does, we encourage you to attend. Our kindergarten teachers will share important information about the classrooms and required paperwork for enrollment.

On Saturday, May 16, our athletic department will host a dinner and awards banquet for any student who participated in a middle school sport this year. The event will begin at 5:00 PM.

Please continue to refer to your child's classroom updates for additional information about upcoming field trips and end-of-year activities as we finish out the school year.
