Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. If your comments will not fit in that time frame, they can be submitted in writing within 48 hrs after the meeting to be included in the minutes.

For remote attendees, public comments must be submitted in writing before the meeting. Those comments will be included in the public record as part of the meeting minutes.
