Arwen March is a business strategist, nonprofit executive, and public-sector operations leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen operations, secure funding, improve financial sustainability, and achieve long-term growth. She specializes in strategic planning, government contract administration, financial management, organizational development, and executive leadership within nonprofit, healthcare, education, and small business sectors.
Her expertise includes contract compliance, enterprise budgeting, financial forecasting, board governance, performance management, risk mitigation, and organizational capacity building. She is known for translating complex regulatory, financial, and operational requirements into practical systems that improve accountability, efficiency, and organizational performance.
Arwen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at South College.
In addition to her professional work, Arwen serves on multiple nonprofit and community boards, including as Treasurer of Centro Unido Latino Americano, a Board Member of New Dimensions Charter School, and a Finance Committee Member of Historic Burke Foundation. She is passionate about helping organizations build strong foundations, expand their impact, and create sustainable solutions that strengthen communities.
